Repairs and replacements

We fix fences damaged by storms and wear

Repairs are part of what we do, besides building new fences. A small job is a great job, from one gate or a repair to a full backyard, and Carmen, the owner, does every estimate himself.

Some fences can be repaired and others are past it. When a fence is damaged but not ruined, we can fix a section, and we replace the whole run when that makes more sense. Carmen will tell you which one he would pick.

When a fence is too far gone to fix, we remove the old fence and haul it away. For the new one, wood and vinyl give privacy, aluminum keeps your view, and chain link is the most practical.

FAQ

Fence repair questions

My fence is damaged but not ruined. Can you fix a section?

Yes. We do repairs on fences hurt by storms and wear, and we replace the whole run when that makes more sense. Carmen will tell you which one he would pick.

Should I repair my fence or replace it?

Some fences can be repaired and others are past it. Carmen does every estimate himself, and he will tell you which one he would pick. If you replace it, wood and vinyl give privacy, aluminum keeps your view, and chain link is the most practical.

Do you take small repair jobs?

Yes. A small job is a great job. From one gate or a repair to a full backyard, we'd love to help.

Is the estimate free?

Yes. Carmen, the owner, does every estimate himself. We can come to your home, or you can send us photos of your fence. Most quotes are ready in 24 to 48 hours.

Do you take away the old fence?

Yes. When a fence is too far gone to fix, we remove the old fence and haul it away.

Do I need a permit to repair a fence?

Rules vary by town. Per Woburn's fence permit form, you don't need a permit to repair a damaged section of a legal fence, or to replace a legal fence within 30 days of taking the old one down. In other towns, check with your town's building department. We can often help with the permit, so just ask when we quote your job.

How soon can you start?

Usually within one to two weeks. In the middle of the busy season it can be three to four weeks, so it pays to get on our spring list early.

If I replace my fence, is there a warranty?

Yes. Every fence we install comes with a 5-year labor warranty.
